Michael S. Fratantaro

Michael S. Fratantaro of Croydon passed away Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012 at Capital Health in Trenton, N.J. He was 63.

Born in Philadelphia and a lifetime resident of Croydon, he was employed as a truck driver for 40 years.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Mike was a Past Grand Night of the Pope Pius 12th Council #4765 Knights of Columbus, a 4th Degree member of Bishop Neumann Assembly, and a member of the Color Corp. He was also a lifetime member of the Hill Top AA, and an active member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Church.

He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Janice R. (Goodbred); three daughters, Nicole J. Fratantaro of Croydon, Angela A. Walters (Jeff) of Bensalem, and Jenna M. Fratantaro of Croydon.; five grandchildren, Erik, Madalyn, Daniel, Luke, and Lauren; and brother of Anne Manley and Frannie Currie, both of Croydon, Mary Davitt of Lumberton, N.J., and Edward Fratantaro of Costa Mesa, Calif.

Mike was the son of the late Edward, Anne, and Anita Fratantaro, and brother of the late Joan Carmondy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday (today) and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020. His Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Croydon. Interment will be in Bristol Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the St. Thomas Aquinas Sanctuary Fund, 601 Bristol Pike, Croydon, PA 19021.
